Quality
Strict control of raw materials
The supply chain of calf spleen, the main raw material of the product, has established effective traceability and control measures, and has defined the requirements of each link. A quality assurance agreement has been signed with the supplier, specifying the corresponding quality responsibilities and the source, species, age, parts and method of collection, quarantine, and storage method and validity period after collection of raw materials. Raw materials are transported by a cold chain. Suppliers of raw materials are regularly audited to ensure controllable and stable quality of raw materials

Biochemical extraction workshop: It covers an area of 1,400 square meters and can handle 15 tons of biochemical raw materials annually. The workshop is equipped with two Class C clean areas with independent clean air-conditioning systems, which are respectively used for production before and after sterilization and filtration. Clinical Observation
  • 中药瓜蒌连翘汤结合针刺及脾多肽治疗早期急性乳腺炎临床观察
    目的 探究对早期急性乳腺炎患者使用瓜蒌连翘汤、针刺以及脾多肽方案进行联合治疗的临床效果。 方法 选择自2017 年2 月—2019 年5 月收治的早期急性乳腺炎患者共118 例进行研究，随机分为常规西医治疗的对照组以及瓜蒌连翘汤、针刺以及脾多肽治疗的试验组，比较不同组患者之间治疗的效果以及患者血检指标恢复时间、肿痛症状得到完全改善所需时间的差异。 结果 试验组患者临床治疗效果、临床血液检测指标以及疼痛等症状完全改善时间表现明显比对照组更优异，以上指标之间差异在统计学意义，P ＜ 0. 05。 结论 对早期急性乳腺炎患者使用瓜蒌连翘汤、针刺以及脾多肽方案联合治疗，可以取得较好的临床效果，显著改善患者典型临床症状，利于降低炎症反应程度，对患者的康复有利，值得在临床工作中进行合理运用并广泛推广。
  • 原发性肝癌患者通过脾多肽注射液联合经导管动脉化疗栓塞术对血清AFP、CA19-9的影响
    目的  分析讨论脾多肽注射液联合经导管动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE) 对原发性肝癌患者中血清 AFP、CA19-9的影响。 方法  随机挑选 2018 年 1 月－ 2018 年 12 月于郑州市第六人民医院接受 TACE 治疗的 60 例原发性肝癌患者，按照治疗方式的差异划分为单一组 (n=30，仅采用 TACE 治疗 )、联合组 (n=30，脾多肽注射液联合 TACE 治疗 )，并就两组患者的治疗效果、AFP 和 CA19-9 水平、不良反应的发生率等内容展开详细讨论。 结果  联合组治疗有效率96.67% 高于单一组 70.00%(P ＜ 0.05)；治疗前，两组患者的AFP、CA19-9 水平均无显著差异 (P ＞ 0.05)，治疗后，单一组患者的 AFP、CA19-9 水平明显降低，且联合组患者的 AFP、CA19-9 水平明显低于单一组患者；联合组不良反应发生率 6.67% 低于单一组 30.00%(P ＜ 0.05)。 结论  针对原发性肝癌患者，采取脾多肽注射液联合 TACE 的治疗方式，在降低 AFP、CA19-9 水平和不良反应的发生率的基础上，患者的身体免疫功能得到了大幅度提升，值得临床借鉴。

    目的　探讨脾多肽注射液联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌及蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿迁延性腹泻的效果。 方法　选取２０１５年４月至２０１７年１０月濮阳市人民医院收治的１５７例迁延性腹泻患儿，按随机数表法分为对照组（７８例）和观察组（７９例）。对照组患儿接受双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗，观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上接受脾多肽注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果，脱水、腹泻、呕吐、发热的消失时间及不良反应发生率。 结果　观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０.０５）。观察组患儿脱水、腹泻、呕吐和发热的消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均Ｐ＜０.０５）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０.０５）。 结论　采取脾多肽注射液联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌及蒙脱石散治疗迁延性腹泻患儿的效果确切，可加速患儿康复进程。
  • 脾多肽注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片及蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿迁延性腹泻的临床效果
    目的 研究脾多肽注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片及蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿迁延性腹泻的临床效果。 方法 选取2016 年 2 月至 2018 年 2 月濮阳市妇幼保健院收治的 86 例迁延性腹泻患儿，根据治疗方案分为观察组和对照组，各43 例。两组均接受常规干预，对照组接受凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗，观察组接受脾多肽注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片及蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组治疗效果，大便次数、性状和体温恢复正常时间及不良反应发生率。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组( P ＜ 0. 05) ; 观察组大便次数、性状及体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组( 均P ＜0. 05) ; 两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义( P ＞ 0. 05) 。 结论 采用脾多肽注射液联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片及蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿迁延性腹泻的效果确切，可促进患儿康复，且不增加不良反应。
  • 脾多肽注射液联合蒙脱石散及双歧杆菌四联活菌片对婴幼儿迁延性慢性腹泻的疗效
    目的 探讨脾多肽注射液联合蒙脱石散及双歧杆菌四联活菌片对婴幼儿迁延性慢性腹泻的疗效。 方法 选取2017年1月至2018年7月舞钢公司总医院收治的 78例迁延性慢性腹泻患儿，按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组接受双歧杆菌四联活菌片、蒙脱石散联合治疗，观察组接受脾多肽注射液、双歧杆菌四联活菌片、蒙脱石散联合治疗。比较两组症状改善情况（大便性状恢复正常时间、大便次数恢复正常时间、退热时间、住院时间）及治疗前后 Ｔ细胞亚群（ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ８＋、ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋）水平。 结果 观察组大便性状恢复正常时间、大便次数恢复正常时间、退热时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均Ｐ＜０.０５）；治疗后观察组 ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均Ｐ＜０.０５）。 结论 脾多肽注射液、双歧杆菌四联活菌片、蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿迁延性慢性腹泻，可促进患儿症状改善，提高其免疫功能.
  • 脾多肽注射液联合美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎的免疫功能影响及临床疗效研究
    目的 观察并分析脾多肽注射液联合美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗对肠系膜淋巴结炎免疫功能影响及临床疗效。 方法 将临床上确诊的小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎92例患儿随机分成两组，每组各46例，根据治疗方式不同分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠静点等常规抗感染对症治疗，观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用脾多肽注射液。比较两组临床治疗效果及免疫功能变化情况。 结果 观察组患儿的总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）,免疫功能（免疫球蛋白IgA,IgM,IgG的水平）均显著提升（P<0.05）。 结论 在常规治疗的基础上加用脾多肽治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎，能显著提升临床疗效，改善患儿的免疫功能.
